Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Bluepeak Ember Community Partners is a nonprofit in Fort Worth supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
