Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Energy Partners supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Seattle, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
