Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Greenridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Madison, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
