Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
