Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Stonegate Field Insurance is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
