Senior Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
