Nova Harbor Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Raleigh, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
