Lumen Maple Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Portland. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 624 people based in Portland. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with treatment plant data.
