Clearpath West Energy Group is an energy provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
