Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Philadelphia area, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
