Lumen Linden Civic Services works with county and city offices around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 788 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
