We are growing our team at Highbridge Corner Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
