Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Yarrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Orlando serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
