Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Forge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
