Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Wilder Insurance is an insurance company in Oklahoma City with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
