Stonegate Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
