Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Miami, FL)

Redstone Quill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Miami working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Miami. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
