Nova Bright Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Louisville area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Basic SEO knowledge.
