Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Ivory Civic Services Associates works with county and city offices around Little Rock, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
