Summit Birch Energy Partners is an energy provider in Las Vegas focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
