Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
