Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Summit Umber Legal Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about court deadlines. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
