Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
