Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Timber Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
