Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meridian Telecom and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We invest in training. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
