Bright West Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles.
