Westbrook Rowan Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
