We are growing our team at Amberfield Nest Water Authority and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
