Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Summit Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
