Northwind Basin Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it.
