Stonegate Bridge Civic Services supports public agencies in Austin with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on newsletters. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
