Senior Content Writer - newsletters (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield West Arts Center is an arts centre in Atlanta with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
