Foxglove Beacon Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files.
