Amberfield Umber Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Tucson, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 712 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes.
