Westbrook Quarry Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Toledo presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
