Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vale Housing and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Basic SEO knowledge.
