Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Sparrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Spokane region, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
