Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Kestrel Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Spokane, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
