Bright Ridge Insurance Partners is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles.
