We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
