Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Kestrel Press produces print and digital publications in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
