Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood West Energy and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
