Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Bright Cross Civic Services Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
