Rivermark Orchard Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Rochester, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 896 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Basic SEO knowledge.
