Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Rochester, NY)

Bright Meadow Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Rochester and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
