Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Energy and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Reno. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
