Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Cedar Umber Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
