Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Amberfield Arts Center is a cultural organisation in San Jose presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
