Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Willow Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
