Northwind Yarrow Arts Center is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ticketing.
